It’s been raining all around, but today the Sun woke up and chose to shine on us, and so it did. The cool breezes woke me up as mataji was shifting the plants in my little balcony, to get it cleaned up by the maid. The fresh oxygen pushed into my lungs gave me a different of some sorts. I have decided to get a Tulsi plant next to my bed as soon as I make my own home. Having that level of oxygen inside my lungs everyday would be phenomenal.
I did a good workout today, though I am skeptical how much it impacted my muscles. I am starting feel that none of my exercise are giving any good results, neither are the making me feel exhausted or anything. Either I’ve built resistance or there is something wrong with my body in general. I can’t make sense of it, and I really can’t think of much, except increasing my workout time and reps, along with the intensity.
Today was all about cleaning and getting things setup for the big day tomorrow. It’s Diwali. Ironically, I took a very late bath thanks to this agenda. Nevertheless, it was a good exercise, I had a chance to bond with papaji. One of the few things that we can do together is clean and organise the entire house while dissing mataji. We all take it light heartedly, until one of us doesn’t.
Other than these shenanigans, I don’t find anything different than yesterday. I just can’t seem to find any spirit in festivals anymore. It’s all the same to me. Perhaps if I move towards spirituality, I may find purpose to these occasions.
I do hope my sinus survives through this period. The stress of my deadlines closing in is getting intense, I want to get it done at the earliest, no matter what the cost may be.
